  • All candles and wax melts are handmade, so slight variations in colour, scent strength, or appearance may occur.
  • Product descriptions (fragrance notes, sizes, burn times) are provided as accurately as possible.
  1. Orders & Payment
  • Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.
  • We accept payments via Bank Transfer, Stripe
  • Prices are listed in GBP and may change without prior notice.
  1. Shipping & Delivery
  • Orders are dispatched within 2 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services.
  • S&B Scented Moments is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
  1. Returns & Refunds
  • Due to the nature of handmade products, returns are only accepted if items are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
  • Customers must notify us within 2 days of delivery with proof (photo evidence).
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed once the returned item is received.
  1. Safety & Use
  • Always follow candle safety guidelines:
    • Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials.
    • Never leave a burning candle unattended.
    • Trim the wick to 6mm before each use.
  • S&B Scented Moments is not liable for misuse of products.
  1. Allergies & Sensitivities
  • Our candles and melts contain fragrance oils and may include natural additives (e.g., petals, glitter).
  • Customers are responsible for checking ingredients if they have allergies or sensitivities.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All branding, product names, and designs under S&B Scented Moments are the property of the business.
  • Reproduction or resale without permission is prohibited.

  • Customer information is used solely for order processing and communication.
  • We do not share personal data with third parties, except as required by law.
