Thank you for shopping with us. We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Processing Times
•Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days.
•Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
•During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
•Standard UK Delivery (General products): 3–5 working days.
•Standard tracked delivery for perfumes and aftershaves: 5–8 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and local conditions.
Shipping Costs
•Standard UK Delivery (General products): £3.75, with free Standard delivery on qualifying General-product orders of £40 or more.
•Standard tracked delivery for perfumes and aftershaves: £5.99. The General-product free-delivery offer does not apply to this service.
Final shipping charges, including charges for orders containing products from both groups, are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
Order Tracking
Where a tracked service is selected, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the courier.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect address details provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We may request photographs of damaged items to assist with any claims.
UK Shipping Only
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be delivered to addresses within the United Kingdom.
