Candle Care Guide

Allow the wax to melt to the edges of the container on the first burn to help prevent tunnelling. 

Trim the wick to approximately 5 mm before each use. 

Burn candles on a heat-resistant surface away from drafts, curtains, pets, and children. 

Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. 

Stop use when approximately 10 mm of wax remains at the bottom of the container. 

Never leave a burning candle unattended. 

Keep the wax pool free from wick trimmings, matches, and debris. 

Keep candles, wax melts, burners, and tea lights out of the sight and reach of children at all times. 

Hot wax can cause burns. Do not allow children to handle lit candles, warmers, or melted wax. 

Never leave children unattended in a room where a candle or wax warmer is in use. 

Wax melts are not food and must not be eaten. Seek medical advice if swallowed. 

Keep all packaging away from young children to avoid potential choking hazards. 

Allow candles, burners, and wax to cool completely before handling or cleaning. 

Place 1–2 wax melt segments into a suitable wax warmer. 

Use only approved tea-light or electric warmers according to the manufacturer instructions. 

Do not add water to wax melts. 

Do not move the warmer while wax is melted. 

Allow wax to cool completely before removing or replacing. 

Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials. 

Never leave a wax warmer unattended while in use. 

Always follow the safety instructions supplied with your candle or wax melt.

Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
